Previously, he directed online operations at JGSullivan Interactive, a marketing and software development firm. Joining JGSullivan in 1998 - a time when the industry was just beginning to look at the potential of the Internet and Web applications - Schlesser developed one of the industry\'s first online engines to provide content management and back-end data management tools for appliance dealers to easily build Web sites and offer a Web presence to their customer base. Katzman was a founder and chief executive officer of Myteam.com, prior to its merger with The Active Network. Prior to founding Myteam.com, Katzman played key executive management roles in several successful start-ups including SolidWorks, Atria Software and Epoch Systems. In addition, he was part of Prime Computer during its significant growth phase in the mid-80s. Each of Katzman\'s last three companies achieved substantial growth. Katzman holds bachelor of science and bachelor of arts degrees from Salem State College.</p>','<p><b>Eric Korman, Executive Vice President<br>Ticketmaster</b></p><p>Eric Korman is Executive Vice President of Ticketmaster, the world\'s leading ticketing company. In this position, Mr. Korman oversees all aspects of Ticketmaster\'s corporate and business development, as well as the company\'s TicketWeb and ReserveAmerica ticketing and campground management businesses.</p><p>Prior to joining Ticketmaster, Mr. Korman served as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions from January 2005 to April 2006 for IAC/InterActiveCorp, Ticketmaster\'s parent organization. He joined IAC in September 2001 as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for Ecommerce Services (ECS), a former subsidiary of IAC; and subsequently, he was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Planning for IAC in February 2002, and was appointed Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions in September 2003.</p><p>Before taking on his roles with IAC, Mr. Korman served in the Customer Marketing group of Coca-Cola USA from 1993 to 1995 before joining the Corporate Business Development group of The Coca-Cola Company, where he remained until 1997, managing the mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures of nonalcoholic beverage companies primarily located in Europe and South America. From 1986, he was President of Rosenberg Capital, Inc. and General Partner of Rosy Partnership, entities involved in a broad spectrum of venture capital relationships and real estate investments. In addition to serving as a Board Member of The Active Network, Korff is Director at Large on the USTA Board of Directors.</p><p>Other appointed positions include Board Liaison to the Community Tennis Association Council and serving on the board\'s Budget Committee. Previously, he served on the Davis Cup Committee for six years. Korff was also a member of the WTA Tour Board and a business advisor to the WTA Tour Players Association.</p><p>Korff founded and then organized the highly innovative A&P Tennis Classic in Mahwah, New Jersey, for twenty-five years. He also owns and operates the New York City Triathlon and produces on-course entertainment for the New York City Marathon. Korff has successfully produced national and world championships in triathlon, archery, indoor track and field, fencing, weightlifting, and other Olympic sports. His company also organizes hot air balloon festivals, concerts and PGA golf tournaments.</p><p>In 2004, Korff organized the U.S. Olympic Trials for Triathlon in Honolulu, Hawaii.
